"I've met a better caliber of professionals in prison. This is the worst college I've ever delt with. I enrolled in this hell hole, but My 17 daughter refuses to go to school here, because of the disrespect from staff. After 3 months of trying to get enrolled in this college, I still haven't been completely enrolled in classes, financial aid is behind, there's no help with anything, not from admissions. I had to call the Chancellor, after 3 months of no help from the ones PCC pay to help students. They have you call one phone number after another, jus to be transferred to the beginning where you stand. The FBI should look into the scam of a higher learning institute! I vote to shut this school down, until new staff is trained with people skills, professionalism, and courtesy."
"Their FA office acts rude and incompetent. They delay on responding to email and give either partial or wrong information. I am beginning to regret getting started up here, but hoping things turn around. This is my worst experience with a school ever and I used to work in higher education in a financial aid office. They could use training on email etiquette for certain."
"Literally the only reason I go to this joke of a college is because it's cheaper and the professors are good. The various departments in the office are not aware of their own policies and don't do their jobs and then blame the students. Almost every semester I've attended I've had issues with them not doing their jobs correctly. Good luck with getting anyone in the academic advising department to know what is going on and give accurate information. Them not doing their jobs correctly is a big reason I'm still going 4 years later when I only had to go for 2. The office staff refuses to answer questions and give information and when I personally have asked questions I've gotten an attitude. Going to a department directly for an issue pertaining to them results in them looking at me like I'm crazy and telling me that they don't do that. I've had staff members drop the ball and it kept me from being able to afford going but the people I contacted all blamed me. The departments do not communicate with one another and seem to not even know someone who is working a few feet away's name, their system continuously glitches and causes a loss in financial aid, and speaking with anyone who actually knows what they're doing and can answer the questions pertaining to their department who is also polite is very rare. I try avoiding speaking to anyone that isnt a professor at all costs. You definitely get what you pay for. Every campus and the district office has had rude and uninformed staff members and my experience here has been less than stellar just trying to get questions answered or the policies followed by the very people who enforce it."
"The business office and financial aid aren't in sync with each other. This is the 2nd semester where my classes were dropped because of a very incompetent system. There some wonderful people at the front desk and then there are extremely lazy people who don't want to help. The financial aid call center is a complete joke and waste of time, I could barely understand the woman due to her thick accent. This school could do soo much better if they dedicate staff and time to help students."
"I would give them 0/10 if I could..Do not waster your money and time to go to this College, specially if you Military or planning to move after taking the classes. I have been trying to order the transcripts from the last 3 weeks and getting a run around. First they couldn't find me in their system, took them over a week to find me, once found apparently I had to go in the office to order the transcripts (I am AD military so have PCS'd a long time ago) because there was a hold on my account for non payment which is not true I only signed up/attended 1 class and paid for it using the TA but they want me to pay for the 2nd class (which I have not attended). I am not about to pay because I have never attended the class. This is the worst college I have seen, I ordered transcripts from other colleges with no problem at all. Please take this as a warning and stay away from this school!!!"
