"I’ve never had a better experience at any Dr. Office. Everyone there, Drs, nurses, desk staff… they all exude kindness and phenomenal customer service. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and Dr. Stevenson sees all 3 of my kids. We are always seen in a timely manner, and I don’t think I’ve ever waited over 5-10 mins before or after being taken back to the private rooms to see someone. They genuinely listen to all of my concerns and really pay attention weather it’s a well visit or a scary situation where we were sent to PCH. I can’t recommend this place enough."
"Office is clean and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We've seen multiple providers and always feel heard and reassured our child is receiving wonderful care. We would recommend Acts of Kidness for anyone looking for a pediatrician for their newborn."
"We have been seeing Dr. Stevenson for years and she is amazing with my kids. We did see one other doctor here when Dr. Stevenson was unavailable and I can't remember her name but she was also fabulous. I have never had any issues scheduling an appointment here and the front office staff is nice and welcoming. The facility is kept clean. The wait to see the doctor is never very long. I also want to add that the lady that is in charge of referrals has been fantastic and is communicative. Definitely recommend."
"I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Acts of Kidness and Dr. Keane. I called and made an appointment about a month ago for wellness checks for my two children. Absolutely no mention was made of their vaccination policy at the time. The soonest available opening was today at 1:10, which meant that I had to take my daughter out of school for the appointment. We arrived early so I could fill out the needed paperwork. The receptionist had asked that I bring my ID, insurance cards and my children’s vaccination records, which was fine and routine in my experience of new Dr. appointments. However when the receptionist learned that my children are not up to date on their vaccines she informed me that she would ask but was pretty sure the Dr. (Dr. Keane) would not see my children. What??? She left to speak with Dr. Keane and returned to confirm that she would not be seeing my children. I was dumbfounded.I explained that my daughter had gotten rotovirus from the rotovirus vaccine as an infant (her pediatrician concluded this and not me) and that my family is extremely sensitive to several additives and chemicals. I asked to speak with Dr. Keane and the receptionist said she was sorry but she had already canceled the appointments and gave me the card to the office manager if I wanted to give her a call later. So booking the appointment, waiting for a month for my kids to get seen and taking my daughter out of school midday was a complete waste of my time. Their website states “We are happy to discuss your concerns about vaccines at your child's next visit.” The way this was handled seems very sloppy, unkind and idiotic."
"We have been with Acts of Kidness Pediatrics for about a year and a half, and I have been very pleased with all the providers. Dr. Wilcox is our primary care doctor and she’s awesome. She takes her time, is very kind, and listens to both parents and kiddos. She is willing to write a referral if a specialty doctor is needed. She’s easy to work with and has really gotten to know my kiddos. She doesn’t make me feel bad when I end up in there often during sick season or for what could be an ear infection. She makes you feel at ease about your decisions. She discusses meeting milestones, car seat safety, and what’s to come. Dr. Keane is also great! When my guy was a baby she caught his tongue tied and made breast feeding possible! She very pro breastfeeding but not to the point where she would let an issue arise if you have milk issues. I feel like she’s a great balance of doing what’s right for baby. She’s very kind and listens. We’ve seen Dr. Stevenson once briefly and was pleased with her as well. When my son had Scarlet Fever, with very few symptoms, the doctors were able to work together to figure it out! They work together if needed, which I had never seen in any doctors office before! It was fantastic! The front desk ladies are also great. I’m always able to get an appointment and they work with me on my needs from scheduling to insurance without making me feel like a bother. The nurses are very sweet and have been great with my kiddos as well. They do a great job of giving shots quickly which every parent knows is key! Fantastic office that I refer my friends to. :-)"
