Dr. Katie Barger, a board-certified Pediatric Endocrinologist, is passionate about comprehensive pediatric health. With a background in Nutrition Science from the University of Nebraska and medical training at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, she completed her pediatric residency at Phoenix Children's Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Barger returned to Arizona in 2020 to join the team at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Dr. Barger's clinical interests include obesity, diabetes, and growth, and she takes great joy in following her patients' progress as they grow. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and gardening with her husband and three children.
