"Back office is patient and friendly - front desk staff is immature and difficult to the point that I'm hesitant to go back. PA Steve and Nurse Andre have been so good about patiently listening, answering my questions, and caring for my children (as with every medical professional, I would appreciate even more information and communication than I get - but Steve is as good as I've met). Unfortunately the 2 Brandys in the front - especially the office manager - give the office an incompetent face. The front office staff has no interest in communicating if the conversation is a financial or difficult one (which, hello, you work for a pediatric office - people's kids and money are probably the 2 most sensitive topics there are - you should be prepared for this), and got very defensive with me as I was trying to get some really basic financial questions answered in multiple conversations - once the office manager decided she didn't want to answer my questions, she simply hung up on me. I hope Dr. Gentile can resolve the situation up front so that more parents and children can access the quality care the medical professionals have to offer."

"Dr. Gentile and his back office staff are absolutely wonderful! As a first time mom, they came highly recommended, and they have exceeded my expectations. I refer everyone to them, they are just great! However, in the 11 months of my going to this office, I have never encountered the same front office staff more than twice. There is a reason they have such high turnover in their front office. Their ‘owner’ is a rude, unprofessional, and incompetent little blonde woman. She has harassed me just about everytime I have gone to this office for one reason or another. Today she was demanding payment I did not owe. She refuses to actually have the competency to know what is owed to her office because ‘that is my job, not hers’ (in her own words). In talking to the office staff, I am not the first person to have problems with her. It’s unfortunate that her title allows her to mistreat their patients and (evidently) her front office staff. The doctors and office staff as well as patients deserve better. If you are looking for a wonderfully caring, knowledgeable and helpful doctor, Dr. Gentile is your guy. He has even called me personally to check on my child after the appointment. Prepare yourself for a terribly unorganized, unprofessional and pushy front office beforehand though. If you can get past the front office, you will love this office!"

"Dr. Steve and Nurse Andre are amazing!!! My boys love Andre, and even though he’s the “ mean” one for having to give them shots and such they LOVE him. They are always happy to see Dr. Steve also. He is so engaging and always makes my 2 and 3 yr old feel like the most important thing when they are there. He never fails to answer all my mom questions and concerns and never dismisses anything I have concerns about!!! I recommend them to everyone! Office staff is sweet and always greets my boys by name when we go in!"

"Just wow. From my initial phone call to out the door, this was an amazing, kind loving practice. My six year old asked to go back again soon!!!! After triaging some concerning symptoms they got me into see the Dr. same day! The front desk was thorough, kind and complimentary. The PA Andre was polite and made us both feel welcomed and in great hands. The practitioner Mr Steven was engaged with us, validated my concerns and was again very thorough. He had the test results back within 15 minutes. He engaged with not just me but my daughter. I wanted to hug them all and tell them how much their kindness meant to me. What a model practice."
