"Really confusing office to find. I arrived 20 minutes early to an 8 AM appointment. Couldn't find the office, so called the front desk off the hook, no response. Used google maps and apple maps, their location is not clearly marked and made things very confusing. Called my boyfriend, my mom, trying to decide what I should do. Walked around the complex until 8:15, so almost 40 mins of being there, and gave up realizing I wasn't finding the office. No answer from front desk phone every time I called. Left a voicemail, no call back. They said they "never got my calls or messages" and are charging me a $150 "missed appointment fee" even though I was on the property, calling them for assistance, and simply just couldn't locate the office. Refuted the missed appointment fee since I was there, on the property, struggling to locate the office. Unbelievable for someone looking for care, clearly distraught in not finding the right location, to be charged on top of that. I also took time off work to be there. You'd think they'd care about their patients and give them a break, especially since this was only my second time visiting and first time navigating to the office on my own. First time I met the doctor she was nice, but after this I won't be returning."

"Our family sees Dr. Madsen and has been for the last 3 years. She is a wonderful pediatrician and family GP who listens and counsels her patients knowledgeably. The office itself is very pleasant and if you also have the chance to see her partner, Dr. Webb, you will be thrilled as he is the most congenial physician I have ever encountered. I feel really fortunate to have found this practice, in my backyard no less."

"Would give zero stars if we could. This is the most incompetent Dr. (Madsen) ever. The entire staff are completely incompetent. They never do a thing they say they will. She only works when she wants, but thinks she is cool walking around half days in her stiletto pumps. We are filing a complaint with the board , that's how bad she and her idiot staff have been, and this is not a new patient scenario. Been going for years. But she cant be bothered with her patients anymore. That's ok, the board of Arizona will love our case. Do not go here ...RUN AWAY.. I am telling you , you will regret it."
