"Poor bedside manners, rude, made assumptions and was very kurt. She was staring and giving my daughter dirty looks while we would be speaking to her about her gi symptoms. She did not want to do any tests for her gi problems and suggested for us to take her to banner thunderbird er. Would not recommend her to anyone...she just doesn't seem to care for her patients or care to resolve their issues. She also put things in her notes that we did not tell her and already made a prediagnosis. We emailed her to change her notes as per they did not reflect our conversation. She is horrible and I would stay away!"

"Scheduling is a mess. Office staff is worse. I called in the morning and the staff said there are slots in the same week. I go get a referral and call back the slots are booked out by a month. Seems to be very fishy. Schedules booked for an entire month in 3 hrs. Heard great reviews and very disappointed. They do not even block a slot until we get a referral. We did our part by calling and checking ahead of time. Now we have to go and get a referral for another doctor. My son is suffering in pain and we cannot wait for a month."

"Do NOT recommend!! Dr or their office engages in shady billing practices. Billed this little gem for a covid test I was assured was free, testers denied to take insurance, and been going back and forth for a month to find out they're using a loophole that "the doctors must be paid for their time, but the test is free." Paying out of pocket for services for a doctor I've never seen, for a "free" test that took a week of being on standby to get. I wonder how many others are getting hit with this or worse. Patients BEWARE what is hiding behind these other reviews."

"Dr. Kolpuru is a truly excellent pediatric gastroenterologist, she took the time to examine our child very carefully and explain exactly what the issues are in clear layman terms. She is very caring and very knowledgeable, and I would without hesitation recommend her."

"The practitioner, Kim Grey, is not very professional. Comes into the appointment unprepared. Did not read my childs medical history, or review/familerize herself at all with any of his chart. She did not review or read of his referral notes from his transcripts from his out of state pediatric gastro. Poor knowledge of pediatric gastro issues. Worse yet, only wanted to talk about nutririon and make judgement calls of our families use of Almond milk. Apparently this Dr. Believes all children need cow's milk. Poor!!!"
