"I'm extremely disappointed in our experience with Namjoshi. A great friend of mine recommended him to us and I thought he sounded like a great fit. The first visit went okay and he seemed thorough and caring.. He told us we needed to get an ultrasound done to a skin tag on our babies bottom to make sure it was not a tethered cord. He told us insurance would cover it since it is not anything cosmetic. We had made another appointment for our sons circumcision with Namjoshi.. We were running about 10 minutes behind due to traffic and having a newborn and being first time parents as you know can be a little difficult. We were very stressed about being late considering we're usually punctual. We called to inform them we are running a bit behind and the receptionist informed me it's up to the DR to decide if he will take us or not. We got there exactly ten minutes late and the receptionist informed us that Namjoshi didn't have time to see us and that we will need to reschedule. I understand that being late is not acceptable. Especially if he's busy. On the other hand; there was literally noone else waiting in the office.. and he was going to perform a circumcision on our son.. if he was so busy and had big lunch plans.. was he just going to hurry through the process? Not to mention how nervous we are as parents before the procedure. We felt like he didn't have our sons well being in his best interest and thought it was very poor professionalism. We also keep getting outrageous bills that he told us would be covered by insurance company for an ultrasound we had to get. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who wants a patient and understand doctor."
