"Dr. Arora is great. We usually wait for maybe 5 minutes and our appointments with our baby are a total of 15-20 minutes. Dr. Arora is always available by phone for questions and we have had nothing but positive experiences with him and all of the office staff as well! Highly recommended!!"

"Shady office. Bill extra to fill out sports physical forms (when I pre-filled them out.) Billing department is super rude and condescending. Called at 6:40AM and they picked up. And they state do you know its a quarter to 7 AM? Uh yeah... if you didnt want to answer dont pick up your phone! Office keeps horrible records and would not share with new provider until under actual duress."

"We love Advance Pediatrics because: -There is never a long wait in the waiting room. Usually there is no wait at all, but if there is it’s always been under 5 minutes -Always the same staff -We’ve been able to get in for same day appointments when we had emergencies -Staff were very helpful when we requested the make and manufacturers of each vaccine so we could do our research ahead of time -Dr. Auora sometimes answers the phone himself so when I’ve called with questions sometimes I get through to him directly without even having to pass messages through staff -Dr. Auora is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate us for a same day appointment, figure out what was wrong with our newborn (lactose intolerance) and his office even provided a chance of formula for us free of charge. He’s also been very knowledgeable at answering questions that I have over the phone with specific statistics and is up to date on current CDC recommendations. -Their billing coordinator Tabitha is a GEM. We had an issue with insurance denying coverage on one of our visits and she did a fantastic job of investigating and helping offer a solution when our health insurance was being a nightmare. Good service is really had to find these days so to have her be so helpful was a breath of fresh air. -Their staff truly cares. When our newborns fever got dangerously high and was taken to the hospital, Tina called to followup on how she was doing. The only downside to note is that this practice does not have weekend hours. I specifically chose this office because Google says they are open Saturdays. My husband likes to attend appointments, so once his work schedule changes in a few weeks we may have to switch pediatricians which we are very bummed about."

They were kind and easy to work with, and Dr. Arora actually took the time to communicate with me both on the phone and in person.
