"I have been having the hardest time with this place. I just started pain management because I have a severe seizure disorder and have hurt my back more then once. They ordered an emg test which was done but I have not received the results. They also ordered an MRI but didn't verify that the order was confirmed. It failed to send on August 4th and I just found out today August 18th that it didn't go through not because they called me but because I called the imaging center and they told me they never received any orders. So I called this place to figure out the problem. They have not been able to manage my pain. If anything this has all made things more stressful. I really just want to be able to manage the pain but these people seem to be just in it for the money and not actually helping people with chronic pain conditions. My pcp has been more helpful then these people. Still trying to give them a chance but here is an update as of today. They accept Medicare and medicaid patients but they don't make sure the medications they are prescribing are affordable for those patients on a fixed income. I also can't seem get ahold of this specific office ever. I have to call and leave a message with the vineyard office. I have nothing to manage my pain so I would say so far this has been a fail. After all this now they have decided to tell me I need to stop using thc immediately. but I need it for my seizure control I've been epileptic for 20 years and it's the only thing that actually works. Horrible experience and horrible patient care. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS."

"The staff is very friendly. The staff does not pass judgement in the pain patients as other places do. When prior auth or other insurance issues arise, the staff stay on top of it and keeps the patient posted every step of the way! Not pill pushers and have many procedures and testing to help improve your health where improvement can happen."

"Front receptionist has green hair, nose ring, and I heard her say mother f….. Not professional in the slightest. Last time I went there I was 7 minutes late and the doctor left for lunch because I was late. I’m not upset about that part. I’m not happy that they lied to me about my next visit. They told me it was for 1:15 when, come to find out, it was actually at 1:45. On a good note, I am in less pain than before. Vineyard location is much better than this location."

"Horrible practice from the front desk, PA, and doctor/owner. Did not want to help with pain and prescriptions. Treated me like an addict. Prescribed Tylenol 2 with herniated disc and sciatica. Front staff complained I had too many"encounters" asking for pain medications. Owner/Dr was surprised to hear about my difficulty getting medications and talked to PA. He decided to side with PA. He didn't follow up with me as he said he would and would not return messages. Doctor uses Craftsman automotive toolboxes in surgery room and plays hard rock with a skull bandana on. Horrible, unprofessional experience. Definitely go elsewhere."
