"I booked a motorcycle hauler and at the last minute they switched my order to a different trailer all together...after booking and day before pick up..which pretty much made my moved impossible without renting a bigger truck to pull it so..very dissapointed these guys boned me on the sale of a motorcycle and Im now out the money...they need to get there act together..I would have gave them a 1 star but they were at least curtious about it until the switch..I drive a V6 Tacoma and have the exact trailer they tried to rent me in my yard amd its to heavy to pull cross state and back which is EXACTLY WHY I ASKED FOR A MOTORCYCLE HAULER AND NOT A TOY HAULER...Not everyone drives a turno V8 3/4 Ton truck...Over All a Giant waste of my time and that of the buyers party as well and a stain on my seller integrity thanks"

"Let me just say, the customer service at this facility is top notch, it takes you back to a time when customer service meant something to the people who own and operate a business. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The staff and management are by far the best and most professional I have dealt with before. Facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Prices are some of the best in town, and they have moving vehicles to rent as well. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and will continue to rent through them as long as I need storage here in Fountain Hills."

"Above and Beyond. We have rented storage units at this facility multiple times before. It has always been a great experience. Super well maintained, helpful staff, clean and secure, 24/7 access .....just a really good storage facility with excellent management. This time we were stuck. We have moved out of a rented vacation house in another city and our stuff is on skids and arriving by truck in 2 weeks but.... we are out of the Country and won't be back until late April. The trucking Company can't store the stuff...... I called Shawn at UHaul for advice and in 5 minutes he had solved our problem by renting us a suitable unit and setting up arrangements so the shipping Company can drop off the skids and they will be placed in our unit and locked up securely until we arrive in April. Unbelievable ! No one takes a personal interest in someone else's "problems" these days and reaches out to help. Thanks , we will see you guys in 6 weeks. The Starbucks is on me."
