"Will not be coming back. Sad to see this store remodeled and things don't work. Came in soda machine was out of order, went to order 2 subs ,steak and meatballs.... Informed out of steak. (I'm sure more was in the back but didn't want to get it). I said meatballs then. Went to order 2 footling meatballs told they only have enough for 1. Changed order again... As I was paying 2-3orders came in online. Server then called to back and said "heat up more meatballs in the microwave we have a couple orders for meatball subs coming in. Put it in and hit 0" How wrong is to tell me your out when I want it but then heat more up as I leave. Will not be back. Sure if I went in first thing this morning there would have been steak and meatballs... Your not out you just don't want to make more."

"I come to this subway often and normally the employees are kind, welcoming and happy to make you a sandwich. I went today and they were working on a massive order and obviously busy and I was content to wait but when the young girl came to build my sandwich, she was visibly annoyed that I was there and very sloppily made my sandwich. I normally like Italian herbs and cheese bread and she told me all they had was wheat but there was a whole tray of herbs and cheese behind her. When I asked, she snapped that they were for the big order. This is your job, things get busy.. if you’re unhappy with your job, maybe you shouldn’t work there. I won’t be returning."

"Disgusting Dining Area and Expensive. Alerted workers there was a giant spill. They blamed it on the kids and never cleaned it up and there was no one in the store for 30 minutes after I ordered. Every table dirty and for a footlong subway club, drinks and chips it was $15.00. Ridiculous and sad"
