"I have someone covering my route and my mailbox is a security mailbox with a slot and I open with a key. Two times he can't put my mail all the way in and left a package sitting on top? My regular mail lady brings packages to my door and rings the bell. Fact is my package and my mail could have been stolen? Pure laziness!"
"I don’t know if I should cry, it’s been going to 6 weeks since we walked into this USPS, and asked them to forward our mails to our new address in MA. They asked for our IDs and did their thing and said everything was all set and that we should start receiving our mails in 10 business days. Second month now, 2600+ miles away, not a single mail received. No one picks my calls. I have even tried calling USPS general call center, after placing me on hold for 2 hrs, they took my case down and promised to call me back. This was two weeks ago, and nothing. Around the same time, I called fountain Hills office so many times, and after hours, someone from their office called me. I explained my case and he promised me that my letters were to start coming on the 20th of Jan 2024. Fam, I haven’t received anything. As you can imagine, I have gone to my local USPS so many times and somehow, they dont understand what the USPS guys at Fountain Hills did to my forwarding mail request. USPS sent us a letter to go and verify our ID, we went and they couldn’t verify our ID because according to them, our request for forwarding address from AZ was unverifiable and must have been entered incorrectly. During this process, I also learnt that USPS in different states cannot communicate with each other to figure out an issue like this. So basically, I am left in such a confusing state to figure out something that is absolutely not my fault, yet so important. As if that’s not enough, some of my letters now started getting forwarded to my brother’s address, who lives in a different state and who relocated more than one year ago. All of my important documents I could ever expect like my car number plate and registration and even toll bills are lost somewhere. No one picks the calls. My current local USPS in MA recommended submitting a new change of address which I did, and waiting. If anyone from USPS fountain Hills USPS cares and reads this, we came in end of December ( 12/30/2023 at around 2:00 pm ) and requested a change of address. Till now, 02-07-2024, we have no single letter. Can someone please pick the call or call us back and tell us where our mails are ? Otherwise, looks like our only option is to fly from MA to AZ, just to figure out what happened to our letters ? Anybody else with suggestions on what I can do is also welcome to share? I am so desperate to figure out where my letters are."
"This post office in Fountain Hills does not answer calls , return calls or follow up. This is not situational its habitual. I went in to ask them why and they said "we are understaffed the past two years " while three of them were standing at the front counter with no customers. We should demand better service from a federally supported business who continues to loose market share and act noncompetitive with our other choices for package shipment. When you go into the building and point out a chronic delivery issue they don't act as if they care and for 3 + years that problem (s ) remains... chronic mis-delivery. They simply do not care about the services we are paying them for at the basic levels. We have escalated to no avail. If they do not change they should go out of business like a private business would given their bad customer service. The postal service is deteriorating right before our eyes. Don't we care?"
"We had a delivery on Sunday night about 7 pm The postman left it outside our mailbox and didn't bring it to the door. Anyone could of stolen it. Our regular guy, Jeff, always brings our packages up to our door.. Shall be writing to Postmaster General"
