Two Men and a Truck

"I ended up not using them for moving, but they offered to get movers out the same day as my friend ended up canceling on me. Another friend offered to help me out. Based on my previous experience with them as I have used them in the past they are great as I have used them as movers before."

"I hired two men and a truck after some really terrible experiences with other moving companies. I talked with Jessica as my liaison before my move, and she also checked in halfway during it. She was very pleasant, and gave me all of the information without any hidden fees. on the day of my move, I was pleased with Jon and Chuck. Both introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. They were so kind and sweet and knew exactly what they were doing. They asked me how I wanted things and how I wanted things placed. They informed me of items that were broken , or ruined as they found it in my garage. They were extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I cannot be more happy with my experience with this company and will be using them for all of my moves from now on."

"Communication and customer service is horrible, not to mention the snarky and rude attitudes. LOOK ELSEWHERE!! I scheduled Two Men & Truck to move my home, store overnight and deliver the next afternoon. They showed up to the new home at 10am after being told NOT to, as I had not received the keys yet. I was then told I would be charged $165 per hour for the truck to wait. After disputing this, Natalie (Manager) was very rude and demeaning. She stated, they would charge me regardless. The next day, I had a $500 unauthorized charge show up on my card. I called back to speak with Natalie, only to be met with the same rude, accusatory tone, as if the entire mess was my fault. Despite the accolades on their website, this is a franchise… so each business is run differently. I would NOT recommend this location. ***UPDATE RESPONSE*** Your below response is laughable. I realize you would love everyone reading this to think you are reasonable, friendly, and organized but it couldn’t be further from the truth. I was clear in my communication for an afternoon delivery for the following day and told Natalie and your movers not to arrive at my new home the following morning, but you all didn’t listen. Furthermore, your overnight storage fee was $75, not $500… and no you did not send a pre-move and confirmation letter to me via email. Nice try, but I’m betting any reasonable person who reads this will see past your sham response. You are not terribly sorry, when I spoke to you this morning you basically to me to piss off! There is a reason you have 2.5 stars on Google reviews. You earned it!"

"Quality of service was fantastic! Both the packing/loading and the unloading phases were efficient. Pricing and value exceeded 3 other bids for our out of state move. Throughout the process we were kept well informed with the manager stopping by the Home to check in on the progress. Of the 7 times I have used movers, this has been the best experience. Thank you!"

"I had a move scheduled for 8am and they arrived promptly, even a few minutes early. They were very professional, helpful and went right to work. Everything was expertly wrapped and carefully moved. When unloading they took great care to put felt pads on the bottom of the furniture (that we provided) and were very cautious about the walls and floors. We are so grateful and highly recommend Taz and Tyler! So impressed!"
