"I don't think they know what they are doing at this location. Either that or UPS is ridiculously more expensive than FedEx. I needed to return a bowling ball for a warranty claim and they wanted to charge me 100 dollars for ground shipping. FedEx was 40 for ground shipping of the same package. Maybe don't use UPS but definitely don't use this location."

"Went to this location to send a package back because it was close to where I was at. At the usual location I go to, I walk right up to the counter. They scan the label on my phone then print it out, and send the package. At this location, I walked up to the young girl working and she said I had to go to the computer and pay to print out a label.....I told her what we usually do and she replied "well thats what they told me to do, I'm new so I don't know" and rolled her eyes and walked back behind the counter and got back on her phone."

"I wanted to print a label, usually they would tell you to send them your label via email and they’ll print it on their end. But the person working asked me to use the computer to print it and they’re no options other than to use a usb (who uses flashes to store things anymore?), and to log in to my personal email on a public computer, which can cause a huge security breach. I was charged 5$ for just opening that dusty computer and will probably never see that money back. It’s safe to say that I left without printing my prepaid label to return my package. :)"

"Rude & Horrible customer service & dirty/creepy store. Came in to quickly print 10 colored copies and was told to use their computer. Logged in and was charged $2 before learning that I could only print from a usb. Waste of time & money. The person working there was rude when I asked for help he said “too bad my system is having problems”."

"After brunch my friend had to swing into the UPS store to purchase some boxes to ship her paintings. The UPS employee was extremely informative and helpful. I asked the setup behind the clerks desk and he laughed at me. It was for employees only but I’d recommend this place anytime."
