"Today I dropped a high value item for shipping, the guy at the counter, that deny to share his name, was very rude and disrespectful, very poor customer service, every question I had he literally answer I don’t know and keep rushing me because his drive was waiting to leave, for the record the driver was super nice and help me properly packing the high dollar item while the counter guy keep being rude. Will think it twice before using ups service again."

"Ruemen (sp?) just made my day. Probably the most cheerful and helpful customer service encounter in awhile. I had a vacuum to return to Amazon. I was dreading it. I showed up and forgot there was a screw I needed to remove to fit in the box. It's almost closing time and they are busy. He jumped right into action and helped me by lending me his screw driver and helping package it up as if it was his life purpose. Well played."

"Roman up front is very rude and very not accustomed to how customer service is done. I hope management can help in this and know the person they’ve chosen to great and service is terrible at it! I don’t suggest this location at all!"

"My husband was in the store to mail out a package TODAY and was asked by a young Asian American what he was mailing and wanted to see what he was mailing. Last time I checked this is personal and should have been asked if he had anything fragile, liquid, or hazardous items. The manager comes out and defends the employee instead of educating the employee that this is wrong and apologizing. My husband did let him see what he was mailing and realized that this was inappropriate behavior. I am not sure what type of store you are running here."

"The new manager is doing an excellent job at the store. Things are far more efficient than they used to be. He's very knowledgeable and friendly."
