"in prep to tile and paint the interior of our home, I hired Family Moving and Storage to pack and move our furniture, appliances, etc to their storage facility. They were amazing. The process was straightforward and smooth. The move was seamless and when they returned our things, our belongings were all, just as they were when they were moved out initially. The team they sent really made it easy and even pleasant. They were polite, proactive, patient, thoughtful. They looked at the project from our eyes, not just theirs. It sounds quaint in these times but they acted and worked as if they cared. I am sure they did. We highly recommend them. I forget the name of the person who I interacted with on the phone ( a number of times) but he was easy to work with and helpful. The moving team were stellar. "The day of my scheduled move with a different moving company, I was ghosted, never called, and they never showed up. I was frantic, ad I had took the day off to move, calling around to 10+ moving companies to see if anyone happened to have something sameday. I came across Family Moving and Storage, they had just finished up a job, and said they could be there in 30 min, no down payment. Caesar and Craig showed up, just as they said they would and started moving everything from my storage unit and then to my house. They were careful with everything, asked questions along the way to make sure everything was done to my liking. Very professional, and well worth the price. Definity would recommend again. Thank you for saving my moving day!!!"

"Victor and Hayden are an awesome moving team. It was a long day moving two households. The the boxes and furniture were handled with care, they were efficient, friendly, and maintained their sense of humor. The following day, Victor stopped by to return a set of keys which was a thoughtful and conscientious action, we would not have known they were missing. "Sorry.This is a late review.. We had services with them in November, our workers were Leo,Julio and Hayden. I just want to start by saying that moving is stressful and a lot of hard work. Lol I shopped around when it came to this move. Family Moving and Storage was alot more reasonably priced for the amt of workers that I needed and for the distance needed. I had my skepticism only because of horror stories you hear when it comes to movers, like working slow to add more time or breaking things. This was not the case with this company. They showed up exactly on time and proceeded to move our stuff immediately. They were very friendly and courteous and very nice when we apologized for not being fully ready when they needed to get a room packed up for us. They had a system going within how they worked and they got our place packed and furniture disassembled quickly and loaded into the truck within 2 1/2 hours. They were awesome. Nothing was broken (my fear) furniture was placed in our new home where we wanted and assembled. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. If I ever need services again this would be my first choice.
