"When I arrived to pick up my trailer, I asked the young man who hooked up the trailer, where the hitch coupler pin was. He stated that they didn't provide them. I was SHOCKED! Uhaul rents out trailers without all of the safety requirements for properly attaching a trailer to a hitch. The hitch coupler pin is there to keep the trailer from coming off of the hitch if it hits bumps and latch comes up. Without the pin, the trailer can bounce off of the ball and come loose. I will never use a Uhaul trailer again, and I will advise others against them as well due to their lack of safety concerns with trailer rentals. A simple $5 part could save lives, but Uhaul doesn't seem to care enough."

I had to change my appointment several times, and Isaiah Peak calmly reassured me the night before, then he was waiting there for me when I arrived to help everything go smoothly. He really went above and beyond to help our family out, what a fantastic reflection on this location and their values. Enthusiastically recommended."

They were super kind to accept and keep our very large packages safe for before we arrived from out of state. They were always very friendly and more than willing to help out with whatever we needed. "I very rarely feel compelled to leave a review, however, today’s experience was that exception. Rigoberto was incredibly helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, kind and hardworking!! We were picking up and piano and unexpectedly (since I own a truck) needed to divert last minute to get a trailer to accommodate the piano. This was unexpected and was inconvenient both time wise and financially. However, after working with Rigoberto, I was incredibly surprised with how smooth and helpful he was with my inconvenience. I’m now grateful for the experience. I will go out of my way to support this location as long as Rigoberto is employed. Thank you!"

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. I got a Van once back in 2021 for a move and that process what fast and easy. Then just recently me and my lady rented a truck to move into our new place out west. The price for renting that day was super affordable and was able to move everything in one trip. Uhal is the best in town for rentals and storage units. Will be using them again in the future ."
