"Food is good, however it's a bunch of kids running the show. Very dirty lobby. There was a swarm of nats flying everywhere near the drink station."

"Had family in town for the holiday. They were wanting sandwiches from a different well known sandwich provider. I then suggested Jersey Mike's. We are all from the East coast and thought this would be a better choice. It was not. I will start with the complete absence of a greeting of any kind. Nothing, in fact I felt as though we were bothersome to the employees. Only 2 employees behind the counter and another in the back. The wait was too long. It seems that the grill was only able to prepare 1 sandwich at a time, seems inefficient to me. Sandwiches were not as spectacular as the prices. I will say it had more meat than I expected and was of decent quality. Probably my last visit."

"I ordered my two sandwiches online at 5:40pm for an ASAP est. 10 minute pickup. Showed up at 5:50, and was told my sandwiches were being made. Fifteen minutes later, still no sandwiches. I finally tried to get the attention of one of the workers, and asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund because I had to leave for a movie. I was told there was no manager in the shop, and they could not cancel or refund my order. I was told I would have to wait and call when the manager came in to work, because the staff was “pretty sure” they come in tomorrow morning. I understand that it can be busy and can take longer than estimated, but to not be able to get a refund because there is no manager in the store is disappointing and frustrating. I love the sandwiches, but the service was subpar."

"Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops and this location is great. The food is fresh and tasty. Try the buffalo chicken (number 44). It has just the right amount of heat. All the bread choices are next level. The prices are fair for what you get. This store is clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you haven’t tried Jersey Mike’s you are missing out."
