"I appreciate the good customer service from the UPS Store @ 51st & Olive. I use to run a business and understand the public can be demanding, especially, if they smell blood with a new employee. The folks work hard at this location and meet ever changing deadlines with professionalism. Thank you, Elias Xavier, Eric, Jami, and Anita. Often people only speak up when they aren't satisfied. I believe in speaking up when you are satisfied!"

"I stopped in today to drop off several Amazon returns. Elias was very helpful and friendly. This location has been recently remodeled to move the PO Boxes up front to allow for 24 hour access. Of all the UPS stores around, this location is definitely my favorite."

"Gave this location 4 stars, reason why I removed 1 is because of the one employee that has been mentioned on here in a picture with a yellow minion shirt (don’t know his name.) Aside from his lack of customer service, I’ve received great service from the rest of the younger employees. I’ve interacted with Eric the most & since coming to this location for over a year, he’s always happy to assist and always tells me to have a nice day, which is very sweet. The rest of the crew I always enjoy seeing who’s always happy to help are Elias, Xavier, Jami & Anita. Nowadays, the newer generation seems to be lacking manners but it is refreshing to see these guys enjoy their job and treat their customers kindly & respectfully. They are also very quick and efficient."

"During remodeling all the employees were so accommodating and nice. Anita, Elias, Jami, and Eric are so helpful each time I come. Elias is the best and always helps take my packages to my car. They need a break room with a massage chair!! They deserve it! Great job guys!"

"Rude, racist employee, has no name badge, but has a ridiculous yellow Minion t-shirt he wanted to keep the $2 in change I paid him because he charged me $1.10 for a copy. He told me to leave my copy inside the store when I told him I was going to my car for the exact amount. He thought I was going to leave without paying for the copy along with my 2 children of 4 and 2 years old that were with me. Horrible customer service!!!"
