"My neighborhood ups store, always a wait. It’s 9am 3 weeks before Christmas, and there’s 1 employee. Where TF is the franchise owner? Where are you? Why is there a line? Your employee work ethic is better than yours, they should get a raise for dealing with the line while you sleep in."
"This place is a joke. Waited a half hour to ship stuff after emailing them my labels. Then the "internet" wasn't working and none of my labels downloaded. She already charged my card. Then I asked for a refund and said I'd go to another store and she had the nerve to get an attitude about giving me a refund. Why would you charge me if you didn't even perform the service? Why is this store even open?"
"Normally this store is great, always in and out within 5 minutes. However, I have waited 15+ minutes to get one piece of paper printed. Not because there are many people in the store, but because the employee is speaking to someone on her personal cell phone. If you’re going to take a 10 minute phone call, you have to be able to multitask. There are only two other people in line. Unfortunate experience."
