Reviews
"I will be back everytime I am in or around anthem. The pizza was amazing and just what I wanted. The staff was friendly and great to work with. Loved it. Dining area is small but that wasn't a problem for me."
"This pizza sucks lol. Tried gios for the first time and won't be ordering from them again. I don't know how they managed it but the top was dry and bland (no sauce) and the bottom was doughy and seemingly not cooked to completion. Order was delayed due to them not having the ingredients made. My best guess is the pizza was rushed and shortcuts were made. Stick to Ray's or Barros if you want decent pizza in anthem. I was shocked a place that charges this much puts out such a poor product."
"Fabulous pizza, hand tossed. Everything, dough, sauce everything is made fresh in house!"
"Ordered the caprese pizza because I’m a basil lover, yet it delivered with zero basil - fresh or otherwise. We ate it but it was only 2 stars. Pretty basic."
"I was told Gio's had great thin crust pizza and a must try. Well how disappointing, I ordered a margherita pizza. It was awful and not sure how they think this is a margherita pizza. The mozzarella didn't even taste remotely fresh as evidenced by the pizza. It was doused in dried herbs and crispy brownish basil. Nothing like it's supposed to be with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Look at the picture below and google what a margherita pizza images. It tasted as bad as it looked. Dry dough that was over cooked. The sauce on the spaghetti wasn't bad but it was ordered on line with linguine. Another fail. The order was ready when scheduled. In comparison to the other reviews I'm at a loss. Not sure if I caught on a bad evening or my history of being from NJ/NYC and living part of the year on Italy sets different standards of what good pizza is supposed to be like."
