"Been to this practice for 5-6 years. Dr is good but never a fan of his bedside manner. He was 1st one that got me to take my eye condition seriously but I felt he was cold and always saw him more warmly with everyone else, maybe it's just me. Be prepared that if you go for an appointment they do overbook themselves and you will be waiting minimum 60-90 minutes from your appointment time to see the actual Dr. Staff knows they are overbooked and have attitude if you have any questions and if you want to just kow the readings they say you have to wait for Dr. Felt like they only saw me as my eye pressures and nothing else just pumping volume of patients instead of spending time."

"First time here. Took my son and all the staff were welcoming and it was not busy. Dr. Jason Becker was kind and explained very well the vision issues that my son had."

"I made a visit a year ago and everything went smoothly but today was a complete waste of time and drive. The location was changed and was given at the most a 12 hour notice because they forgot to mention it a few days prior when they called to confirm my appointment. I had to drive over an hour to reach there only to be told that I needed a referral instead of just letting me pay and getting it over with because I was already frustrated. Needless to say I’ll be looking for a new place that’s not inconvenient and will let me know all of the things I need before I walk inside the building."

"Horrible experience with this place. They set up the appointment without making sure referral paperwork was received there. When we showed up we were told manager is not allowing us to see the doctor since they never received the referral. The girl at the front desk was the messenger but I wish I could talk to the manager to make us feel horrible and miserable. Felt helpless with my 1 year old and 3 year old and poor diabetic mom. It's all about business nothing else."
