"I wasted so much time trying to use the FedEx online shipping tool, let them trick me into setting up an account, and went through the whole process, only for them to give me a bogus processing error every time I tried to process the payment. It would highlight the payment field in red and make me re-enter, but even when the payment came out of my account, they rejected it. My bank returned it a few minutes later, citing that it had been cancelled. It would not accept that card again, or any other card I tried after that, all of which had the funds available. Then, when you click the “Customer Service” link it directs you to, if “you’re still having issues,” it brings up a 404 error : Page Not Found / Removed. I’m sure they’re very overwhelmed with the holiday season and the supply chain issues, but to my knowledge, you can still get support from USPS, DHL, and UPS despite this. Maybe they’ve been affected by the worker shortage as well, and apparently some kind of technical issues on their website."
