"Unprofessional Termination Experience at Del Taco I regret to write about my recent experience with Del Taco, particularly regarding the unprofessional manner in which my termination was handled by management. As a former employee who consistently strived for excellence, I am disheartened by the lack of communication and disregard for proper procedures exhibited by my manager. Despite my dedication to my role, I was abruptly terminated without prior notice or valid explanation. For months, I have requested my termination papers, yet my messages have been repeatedly ignored by my manager. The lack of transparency and accountability in this process is deeply concerning. Adding insult to injury, I was informed of my termination incidentally when I inquired about my employment status during a visit to the workplace. My manager's casual response, devoid of any formal notification or explanation, further underscores the unprofessionalism of the situation. Throughout my tenure at Del Taco, I consistently received positive feedback, earning a five-star review for my performance. I demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to go above and beyond expectations. It is disheartening to see these efforts dismissed without justification. Furthermore, it is worth noting that my manager's frequent absence from the workplace compounded the challenges faced by the team. Despite this, I remained committed to my responsibilities and even took on additional tasks in their absence. In conclusion, the lack of professionalism demonstrated in my termination reflects poorly on Del Taco and undermines the values of fairness and respect in the workplace. I urge the management to address this matter promptly and ensure that similar incidents are handled with the professionalism and transparency that employees deserve."

"All the employees very nice though they still need to work on speed organization. I walked in fir carryout order at 2:52 pm received my order at 3:20pm They were busy, both inside and at the drive up window. Several cars arrived after I ordered inside and left. No reason for it to take this long! Probably will not return until they are open longer and get their system down."

"Keep getting wrong food. Ordered fish tacos and got chicken. I DO NOT LIKE CHICKEN. Today ordered SHRIMP tacos and got fish. At least I could eat them. Tried to call and could not get through. At this point I am done with this location."

"I passed through here about 2 months ago and this was still under construction, but today my wife and I came in around 9:30pm, and the del taco here is nicer than the ones back home in Vegas. I got the green bean burrito and my wife got the value nachos. I asked for the burrito to be grilled and the cook Jona made it perfectly and the nachos were amazing! Will definitely make this a frequent stop when driving to st. George and back. The cashiers were nice and very friendly. My wife and I are suckers for good service, especially food service."

"Hailey helped me at the front she was awesome and helpful. The tacos are great. My local Del taco is not the best but this location is definitely great!! Obviously clean and fresh."
