Just trying to be a customer of a new company I have no history with but now have a first impression of. Maybe they could take some time from their busy schedule and enroll in classes on how to run a business and be professional. A polite, "We are very busy during this season or time. Unfortunately, we can not provide the services you need at this time. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need our services at another time." AMAZING SKILLS TO LEARN AND WILL HELP YOUR COMPANY OUT! In fact you may be the cheapest in the valley because it makes up for what you lack in professionalism. Think about being able to charge more for your services just because you can be professional and courteous! What a concept!"
