"Gls is the worst, the Gls driver literally drove right by my house and I'm sitting right outside then 10 minutes later put attempted delivery, I have been waiting for this package for 3 weeks, the first one got lost now this is the replacement. I left work early so I could be here all day what a waste of time."

"Zero stars. If you miss them once then good luck to you. Customer service must be off country and near useless. Avoid all companies that use them if possible. Even USPS is million times better…"

"GLS is terrible, tracking information and ETAs aren’t accurate. Tracking info they give customers doesn’t match the info you get when you speak with a representative. Original ETA was WED, package arrived late to facility so was pushed one day, which is understandable. Then 3 more straight days of “no del attempt by carrier rescheduled for tomorrow.” When I call or do chat they can’t tell me where my $700 Vacuum is. Horrible customer service and technology. I miss the days when customers were valued and employees went above and beyond: I know things happen, but the fact they don’t have a clue where my package is and communication is so poor is what upsets me the most. NEVER use them."

"Terrible company. Waited for a package that needed to be signed. Made sure I was home ALL day. It never arrived. Go to check the tracking and not only does it say "delivery was attempted and resident was not home" but it also says "resident won't be home the next day, do not attempt to deliver". Not only was I home all day waiting to sign for my package, but I also have a Ring doorbell camera and another ring camera that shows a street view. I went through the entire footage for the whole day twice, and no delivery was attempted nor did any delivery truck drive by on my street. I'm convinced they weren't even in my city when they marked that the resident wasn't home. Did the chat support online and they were useless. I definitely will be trying my hardest to avoid this company at all costs."

"Too bad I can’t give them negative stars. My package has been in a neighboring city for over a week now and gets pushed back every day for delivery. After speaking with customer service three times I finally found out that the truck my packages were on supposedly got into an accident, is in impound and under investigation. They suggested filing a missing package claim with the company I ordered from. Based on all the reviews I’ve read this company is either super incompetent or a scam. I would avoid ordering from anyone that utilizes their “services”."
