"Online it says pickup until 8pm on packages. Went in tonight to pickup package and was told by the cashiers that customer service closed early tonight and no one was able to scan out my package and I have to come back the next day. I specifically had my package held at Safeway because I work 12 hour days and could pick up it up after my shift for signature. Disappointed in the customer service that no one could scan out the package. Will not be using Safeway again for fedex drop off due to them not being reliable."
