"We have used Elite a few times at work and placed an order online last week. I called the morning after the box was supposed to be picked up and was informed that in this busy season they weren't even paying attention to our online order because we had only used them a few times. That if we wanted the order, we'd have to call. There was nothing online to indicate this and not even an apology for the inconvenience. We ended up having to re-order what we needed to be shipped and then a few hours later an Elite courier actually did arrived. It was a waste of time and money. This was the first issue we had, but it was terrible customer service and I am very hesitant to use them in the future."
