Abrazo Spine Institute at West Campus 1325 North Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85395

"I went to Abrazo spine Institute three weeks ago and had a phenomenal appointment with nurse practitioner Hawthorne. I was told to follow up three weeks later with Nurse practitioner Molly. I went today, sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time. When going to the desk to ask what was going on I was told it won’t be much longer. 10 minutes later I was usher into a room. The nurse never introduced herself, came in and took blood pressure and informed me that the The nurse practitioner was with another patient and That she would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later still no nurse practitioner, no nurse, no assistant to come and inform me what the delay is. After 45 minutes I went back to the front lobby where the girl at the front desk asked me if I’d like to make another appointment and I said why would I want to do that. 90 minutes wasted and no one at the office seemed to care. Clearly the staff felt that their time is much more important than my own. The girl at the reception desk asked me if I’d like the nurse practitioner to call me and my response was that would be lovely but I won’t hold my breath . Needless to say , very disappointing that staff and practice can be so lax with patient care."

"It's the first time I'm going to hug spine, the truth is I was a little nervous because I always like to check how patients rate it and since it doesn't have many reviews and the rating is not very good, I decided to try since I was disappointed with the cons which is core institute, I loved the place, the work team is all so friendly and working with dedication to their profession, I will return as many times as necessary and I recommend it 100=)"

"After leaving a previous spine clinic, we're not only communication is terrible but I was not even given any pain medication in the 2 months I was with them I then found Abrazo spine . I found them to be very pleasing. I am glad I found them. I saw Kaitlyn Hart . She was excellent and also her assistant Lucy. I would have liked to have found them sooner. They both truly care about their patients. Taking time with me not making me feel rushed. Explaining all of my test results to me. Also immediately helped with pain. I was able to sleep the first time without all the pain I had been suffering from for months. After just a few days of the medication . My previous experience with spinal doctor and his team were truly horrible. Thank you Abrazo."

"There’s a little gal in the office and her name is Hanna, let me just say her professionalism and above and beyond help to me was outstanding and stellar! I tell you she worked on a situation I had with billing for days, she really knows her codes and how to deal with the insurance companies, she was so nice and the first person who really knew her job that I’ve encountered in so long, she was such a blessing ! Someone did the right thing when they hired her on I will say! Bravo Hanna! Thank you thank you! :-)"

"Totally disappointed. I went in to see Dr Christina Khoury and ended up to be visited by her assistant. I went in with a swollen knee and after a quick visit we were discussing knee transplant options!!! I asked to see Dr Khoury and finally got suggested an MRI first. After 3 weeks waiting for an MRI appointment, I called SimonMed. They never received any MRI request for me from Dr Khoury. Long story short i ended up going to the Mayo Clinic in Tempe where i saw a great Orthopedic doctor who listened to my concerns and provided me with a great medical plan to get back to have an active life. By the way, NO knee transplant needed!"
