"The person at the front desk was very rude and not at all engaged with the patients. I got zero acknowledgment when I came in even though I was standing at the desk. My app had been asking if I was ready to be seen so I thought that was how I checked in. Well then others came in and were seen ahead of me. I went to the desk and got more aggressive to get her attention. I asked if signed in with the app put me in line. She very rudely replied of course not you still have to check in with us. Like I was supposed to know that! It didn't say that anywhere on the app and it wasn't posted. So please be sure procedures are made clear. What you all think is common sense some of us simply don't know especially with no contact policies post covid19. And don't be so rude and mean! Some of us are nervous and scared depending on what test we are having!!!"

"They need to fire the company they have as schedulers. I was on the phone with Maria in Southeast Asia (I asked, and that was what she said) for an hour. Language issues on their part, trying to get me to go out of my way, Peoria instead of Goodyear for my appointment. She found an old order from last year and wouldn't accept the fact that my Dr had changed, and in fact kept telling me that the results would have to be sent to the Dr I fired. So frustrating... The folks at the imaging facility made up for the lack of customer service I received from the scheduling arm of the organization. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very kind and professional staff there."

"The staff was superb. Very polite and friendly. The lady that did my X-rays was without a doubt OUTSTANDING! Each and every X-ray she did was done with professionalism and patience. She explained and showed me the position I needed to be in for adequate pictures without hurting or manipulating the area injured any further. When she was finished, i bought her a gift card. I wish all medical professionals were as kind as her. I even told her supervisor how awesome she is. Kudos to an amazing woman."

"I went on Saturday. Their office was so quiet and peaceful. I was literally in and out of the facility in 20 minutes. My Tech was Shannon and she was AMAZING! She was approachable, friendly, and walked me through step-by-step so I knew what to anticipate. I would definitely return especially if it meant I would get her again."
