"Was very happy with them after my Hyponatremia event that I had.. very attentive to my medical needs and happy I now have a clean bill of health!"
"Dr Nandini Sharma does not like when you ask her questions. I am my grandparents medical power of attorney and she told them she feels that I am intimidating because I ask clarifying questions. She wants patients that fall into line and do not question her process. She speaks over you and makes you feel stupid when asking for clarification. She wants to be the smartest person in the room. She never communicated this to me, she just told my grandparents to find another Dr. She never uploads any info to the portal so review and blames the understaffing for MONTHS. Her team is slow to respond and rude at the desk. This entire practice is like this IMO."
"I’m disabled due to a stroke I suffered 4 years ago, I am unable to use my left arm and hand. I entered this office at 10:30 am Thursday June 4th, after 20 minutes in the waiting area I was called to have my blood drawn and give a urine sample. I did not have a face mask on, I had my blood drawn and was escorted by a staff member to the bathroom for a urine sample. As I was about to enter the restroom a group of nurses or staff members were sitting at a counter near the restroom. One of the staff members shouted at me if I had a face mask, I replied “I do not.” She replied that I need to wear a mask and would bring one to me before I give my urine sample. I was embarrassed because all eyes were on me when I was trying to enter the restroom. After I produced my sample my appointment was completed and I walked 25 feet to leave the building wearing the face mask I was given. My issue is why did I spend almost 30 minutes in this building without a face mask and no other staff approached me explaining that I needed a face mask until I was about to walk into the restroom? If it wasn’t for the fantastic care that Dr. Sharma produces I would never set foot in this place!"
"Dr. Sharma is excellent."
