"Don’t expect any customer service from this company or a set time or date for delivery. And when you ask, Donna is extremely rude about it. She will let you know they are very busy and she feels like she is doing you a favor delivering your water, even though you are paying for it, and it is not free! Unbelievable. I have never seen a company ran so poorly. Every time you call she is apparently having a bad day or overwhelmed. And then she must tell her husband, a different side of the story because he likes to call and threaten people over his wife’s behavior. This company seems to forget that without customers you would not have a business. It should not be too much to ask for a set time and date to get water delivery. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"This company has delivered water to us 3 times already. Everytime we call to schedule water it has always been agressive rude behavior from the wife(Donna) of brad( the owner). The last time Brad said that his wife was having a bad day "you know how women are when they are having a bad day". She has always been rude and unprofessional from day one so im not sure how that is excusable. On top of the screaming, rude, and attitude of Donna they fail to call and confirm and dont show up on time. They show up when they want to expect you to be free when the decide to show. I called today and got hung up on after being screamed at when i was just asking for their services. Brad has always been nice but his wife cannot give you any respect and conduct herself in a professional manner from day one. I will not be using them any longer. Its not worth the time and money. I would rather spend a little bit more with a professional company then to be screamed at for trying to schedule. You have lost a loyal customer Splash Water. I will not be using them AGAIN."

"This company is a joke! They make the customer wait all day for a delivery and can’t keep a time set for delivery. I have called to have water delivered a Donna the owner can’t ever give me a time of when they will be there or a day. Then they just show up at my gate and call hoping I would be home. I have been using this company for about two years and due to their management I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them. They always have one truck to deliver and say the others are down. But when it comes to delivering water they don’t care about the customer or our time. Donna has continued to blame me for the miss communication but it is all on her."

"I just used Splash for the second time and highly recommend their bulk water delivery service. I used them to fill my pool originally six years ago and then again this weekend to change out for fresh pool water. Donna handles scheduling and is very accommodating and communicative. Tim handles the delivery and is very dependable and easy-going. Both times he stayed late to get the job done in one day with nine round trip loads to fill up my extra large pool. I highly recommend Splash and will definitely use them again next time. Thanks Donna and Tim!"
