"Dr Hanks was out sick this last visit. But his PA did a very fine job I'd never seen her before but she was very knowledgeable about my issues with my spine and was able to give me decent advice and set up a plan to help. I have gone to toi for probably the last 20 years they've put screws in my ankle gave me a brand new knee which works perfectly as well as the ankle that has screws in it they put pins in my broken arm for me and they've done spine surgery to fuse my back to stabilize it and I can walk so they've done an excellent job for me. I would recommend Tucson Orthopedic Institute to anybody. And no I'm not a cloud so I just take risks when I shouldn't have to and I've abused my body some so Parts need to be replaced and fixed. And they've done a great job for me hopefully everybody is as positive and happy with their outcomes I am."

"Dr. Hanks was most personable and thorough, explained my situation showing the MRI pictures, answered all my questions, took care of all the confusing insurance referrals for PT and back shots also involving my previous visits to Pima Pain Center and said he'd take care of all of it at TOI. My shots were problematic in a very tight space in the spine but he said they had a really good "pain guy." :) Never did I feel rushed or a burden on his time. When I might eventually need back surgery I would feel confident in his hands."
