"I was having serious trouble walking and standing due to tendonosis of my hamstring. I heard about Tucson Orthopaedics and platelet rich plasma injections. I met with Dr. Taduran, and after a thorough examination, he scheduled me for a shot. They drew my blood and spun it down in a centrifuge. Then they re-injected it into my tendon. It was a fairly painful shot, but after six weeks, I am no longer in pain from the tendinosis. I can walk and stand again, and I am very impressed with Dr. Taduran. Two months after my first PRP shot, I came back to see Dr. Taduran so he could address the tendinosis in my gluteus tendons. After he examined me, he informed me that my pain was not due to tendinosis; Instead it was a muscle problem. He said the PRP shot would not help me, since the problem was not in my tendon. I really appreciate how honest he is, as he did not wish to do an unnecessary procedure, and I was given a full refund."
