"Once again I was one of the first to arrive in the waiting room and the last to be seen. (The previous two times I’ve waited an hour and a half to two hours WITH A NEWBORN) When asking the reception desk for an update and explaining my previous experiences and my concern about waiting with a fussy sick infant, I was bombarded with backlash from four different receptionists all at the same time. When I tried to explain where my concern was coming from, I was met with the silent treatment, mean stares, and then they all continued to whisper and laugh when I went back to the waiting area. There is very little informed care, especially in how to treat a new mom with postpartum depression and anxiety. I’ve tried to call and speak with their manager with no luck. I’ve voiced my concerns to the provider once he finally comes to see us but am dismissed. So, once again I left this place in tears alongside my crying baby feeling unseen, unheard, and uncared for."

"Absolutely love dr newbold and all the staff here!! The staff has always always been friendly to me. You won't be disappointed seeing Dr newbold, he's very informative and answers all of my questions without just brushing them off or making me feel some type of way for worrying! My appointments with him never feel rushed and he really takes the time to let me know how my son is doing, how much hes growing and what he should be eating and new things to teach him! If your a parent who feels like your drs never listen to you then you should definitely see dr newbold! He's the best"
