"Overall I have been quite happy with Ironwood Cancer center. When my doctor first referred me, they were amazing and so quick with everything. Everything was completely explained in detail from diagnosis to prognosis, treatment, what to expect... Any questions that came up before and during treatment were addressed in a very timely manner and very respectfully. Post treatment I encountered a couple of hiccups but overall a very caring and supportive office. Keegan, Ari, and Dr. Kukunoor do care about their patients. The support staff, from the front office to the nurses to everyone in the treatment room are exceptional. They do everything to make you feel comfortable, supported and cared about. From hugs on those hard days, tissues to dry the tears, to jokes when they are needed, to making ringing the treatment is finished bell extra special. I also had encounters with a couple of the other oncologists either after hours or while in the hospital and they were carrying, respectful, and supportive."

"Was referred here for a Hematologist and have been so impressed. I've been coming tot his office for over a year now. Check in processes is great and you do it from a kiosk. Lobby has lots of seating. Front desk staff are kind. Usually get pulled into your exam room right on time. I have had some infusions and injections as well and the infusion room is large, clean, and has snacks. The nurses are great and you can tell they care. Scheduling is pretty easy as well. The only issue- and it's very minor- is sometimes its hard to get someone in scheduling on the phone. Im sure it just depends on the time of day and I know they get busy though."
