"We are having a very great experience with Dr Lorimer. He has been super respectful and responsive. When the first time we met him, unfortunately my father’s doctor didn’t send in full reports. He was very honest and sincere. He told us he would have us rescheduled. Later that day, he called us and let us know he received the reports shortly after we left and he had an opening for my father. The surgery went longer than expected. But his staff members worked closely with the hospital staff kept me calm and informed. After the surgery, he explained the details to me patiently as English is my second language and a lot of medical terminologies I am not familiar with. So far we are very grateful with what Dr Lorimer has arranged for my father. During his daily hospital visits, he is very genuine and down to earth. All my questions are answered and explained in a great manner. We extremely appreciate what he is doing for us."
