"Had my mail on hold. To attend a funeral service for my brother when I returned home I went to Bullhead City post office to pick up my mail they only gave me the paper mail not the package that was delivered. I have tried calling but no one will answer the phone and they have not delivered my mail for two days so far ."
"I went yesterday at 3:15 PM the line was to the front door but I was out of there in les then 10 minutes. Miss.Had to go back today forgot a package this time at 0:00 AM line was same but still out the same amount of time. Great work keep it up."
"I've filed several complaints in person and online. They constantly deliver the mail to the wrong addresses and the mail carriers split our mail up. Sometimes we'll get it delivered at 1pm then others it's at 8pm. Sometimes it's all at once and others it is delivered in 2 trips. We've had dozens of drivers just in the past year alone. I've gotten calls and Facebook messages from people as far away as 6 miles saying they got my mail by mistake. I've had paychecks and refund checks delivered and SIGNED FOR to the wrong address. We had a driver that parked in front of the house empty out his entire truck in the driveway to find a box then drive away after delivering it without putting anything back in the truck."
"Not a great parking lot design for a post office. The waits can be long, but service is generally good. Never had an issue here."
