IHOP

"The facility was half empty at 8:30 in the morning on 3/18/24. The line to be seated was all the way to the entry door. The waitress came to the desk but instead of seating folks she started writing down names of the folks in line, we walked out as did some other customers. We wonder where was the manger at 8:30 in morning on a Monday because this employee seem to have no sense of urgency with the long line. We drove back across the river and went to Denny's and the folks behind us went as well. Where is the customer service at this Ihop and I do not want to copy and paste... fix the issue with this location its the only one there!!!!!!"

"Waitress left and forgot us, manager was great and compt our food. We tipped her because she did a very good job taking care of us. The magic balloon guy was awesome! He really made our visit pleasant, besides being there 2 hours from the time we were seated! Also, I was craving the pancakes and didn't really get what I expected. It was so so. Overall, the manager and balloon guy helped the situation."

"This is the worst breakfast ever. The scramble eggs were cold and dry, broken into tiny pieces. These are not freshly made.... They look like they were made in a big pan and just sat there. The kind you see at a Continental Breakfast. Couldn't pick it up with a fork.."

"I tried the Chicken Fried Steak. The steak was soaked in grease. The mashed potatoes were absolutely the most disgusting I’ve ever had: runny with an unnatural and horrible taste. The side of country gravy was thicker than the mashed potatoes. The waitress and management were clueless when asked about the pancoins rewards program. Overall: not recommended!"

"The server waited until the food was done to come tell me that they were out of crepes and asked if I wanted to substitute with something else. I say no just bring out the eggs and sausage it's fine. She then brings out the food for the table and says that my husband's meal is missing half the waffle but they are making the other half right now. As you will see in the photo, the half she brought out was burnt and crispy. She then didn't bring out the remaining half waffle until we were completely done eating. She brought the ticket and came to tell me that ringing up the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns that I didn't want nor eat would be more than the crepes that I ordered and didn't get I asked for a manager. The manager took forever to come out and speak with us. She removed the chicken and waffles but still charged for the eggs and sausage but removed the hashbrowns. The eggs weren't even over easy as requested when I didn't get the food I wanted period. I feel like i shouldn't have been charged..... the rest of the table all had complaints as well. The only thing that was good was the pancakes. In the photos you'll notice it wasn't like we ate it all then complained. A bunch of food was wasted unfortunately bc it was burnt, wrong or flavorless"
