"TLDR: Great Doctors, but sketchy billing. I had a routine procedure and it was so much easier than expected. I was very happy with the experience. I got a bill in the mail and gladly paid it. A couple months later I got a very insulting letter telling me 'You know you owe us', that I was a bad person for not paying, and that they were going to send my debt to collections if I didn't pay up. I went down there to discuss it with them and they informed me that they are two separate companies that are actually the same company, but not the same company and therefore they can't bill as one company so they have to bill me twice, but they can collect my payment at this company even though I owed the other company... All I really got out of it was that they were double billing and sheltering risk. It is a shame because the doctors were great, but I'm unlikely to use them again due to an over-aggressive and insulting billing manager."
