I cannot get an explanation or breakdown of shipping codes at customer service between (simple rate) & billable wt (dim wt)! 3 days to ship an .80lb box to Indiana, $11.55 in Feb 2024. 5 days to ship 2.95lb box to Iowa, $20.49 in March 2024! $8.94 more for 2lb 15oz more wt & approx 500 mi closer to my shipping location! Almost impossible to call this location with a question. Back to USPS for shipping."
