"Very Very DISAPPOINTED! My moms account is set up to have ALL DRIVERS deliver directly to the house, due to a very long driveway and she is 80 years old and disabled.. She has spoken to Mitch, to whom was very caring, asked her to send pictures, which she did, and these boxes come from Chewy so most of them are EXTREMLY HEAVY for her. The still deliver them outside of the fence (which is not locked, and items can easily be stolen) rather than follow the direction on the label as to where the package needs to be delivered!!! COME ON people she's 80 years old! for gods sakes do YOUR JOB!!!"
