"When my USPS package was rejected by the UPS facility in Blythe, I called the PO and they quickly found it and I was able to pick it up. Excellent service !"
"This is the third package I have had be marked as delivered by them and yet my package never arrived. Even when I was home all day waiting on that package and never even seen someone bring it up to my door. And every time I call about it I get the same response “we’ve had people following us so your package was probably stolen by them” They never offer any kind of help or anything after saying this. If they know people are following their drivers and stealing packages like they say is happening why are they not trying to find some kind of solution? Even if it’s a minor one like just having your delivery people knock on the door! I had a package just last week from FedEx sit by my front door for 2 whole days and it wasn’t stolen! Please find a solution or start offering better help to those whose packages are, as you guys say, being stolen because this is making me feel as though I should stop shopping online if they ship through you guys at the post office."
"The Mail lady that drops off in Ripley is super DISRESPECTFUL, always speaking angrily towards me elderly parents and my children. What kind of people do they hire as Mail Delivery... my Bill's are always days to weeks late because of the services"
"They actually delivered an empty Amazon envelope that was ripped open at the top. Not cut, so it was neat and not exactly noticeable, but ripped open - with big jagged edges. I noticed before it ever left her hand, but I’m used to packages being beat up (by all delivery options, not just USPS). When she handed it to me, I immediately knew it was empty because of the weight. Seriously, you’re that oblivious that you don’t notice an empty envelope WITH jagged edges at the top? Luckily Amazon offers an easy return, refund, or replace option. The worst part is that she (Not my normal mail person, Lauren, an awesome USPS employee, who I’m sure would’ve noticed) didn’t even act surprised when I pointed it out to her. FYI: Normally I would rate our mail as 5++ (Thank you Lauren), so this rating reflects this single incident only."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially considering the number of packages we shipped, but according to USPS tracking, a package shipped January 12th was still at the branch on January 19th."
