"No real interaction with worker except when handing you your food. Very in personal. Just machines put your order in and pay. What if you only have cash. Very small dinning area. Had to wait for a table."
"Its in Blythe AZ.Very gloomy atmosphere ,play music to brighten it up.Had a conversation with a male employee,i started asking him about whats good in the town to do.I got the reaction towards missing his home town due to no social connections there.I have traveled thru there for atleast 40 yrs.not a desirable town as always."
"It was weird this time. It was like a ghost town! No one comes up to greet customers or take orders anymore, they want everyone to use the self serve kiosks. Then when the order is ready, they toss it into the pickup shelves, yell the name, and disappear. Very impersonal. I tried calling out "Thank you," but got no response. There was one very courteous employee who refilled my soda, otherwise the whole visit had no human contact whatsoever. Maybe I'm old, but I still expect a degree of customer service when I visit an eating establishment."
"Just a good Taco Bell experience, it wasn't brilliant, but the food was good enough, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The parking is plentiful, and it's well lit. There's a drive-thru here as well. It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting if you come here. This is a pretty good one to come to though."
"Charles is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 and he was on his lunch chilling out so what a kind employee to help out while on a break. The rest of the staff couldn't be bothered to acknowledge any of the customers, even when I boldly stated while making eye contact with a staff member that I was just going to grab my cup since we had already waited 20 minutes for an online order. She didn't seem to care so I wheeled myself over (I'm on a knee scooter) and grabbed one. Charles, being the fantastic employee he is, checked to make sure I did indeed actually buy so this review is more to praise Charles. He was the only one who seemed to care what was going on there and that sucks because he should've been able to just enjoy his break instead of helping people with bathroom codes."
