"I've been a customer of this UPS store for years and it's been my experience time and time again, the owner and people working there have been dedicated to customer satisfaction. I've recently read a negative review commenting on the lack of quality of customer service due to having a couple of children in the store; the owner's daughter's children and the owner's grand children. I have no vested interest in this store outside of my paid mailbox and my appreciation for all that the owners and employees do, and I will say the basis for that review, in my humble opinion, is completely unfounded. In all my years of being a customer there, I have seen those two children in the store on numerous occasions and not once have I seen service compromised because of their presence. This is a family owned store that employs family values while serving customers very well and without hesitation; an offering this world is in dire need of. I have looked at many UPS stores throughout the valley and none that I have been in offer their services with as strong an underlying foundation of genuine care. This is my honest opinion."

"The employee has two children, one in a pack and play and one way too old to be wandering around with pajamas and a pacifier in the store. Instead of helping customers she spends her time attending to her children. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would never return to this store."
