"Love and trust my doctor explicitly. Dr. Nagahia saved my life. So grateful for him and his amazing staff."
"The best care team I have ever met. From my first meeting with Dr ONeill to discuss my test results from my mammogram, breast biopsy and consequent Cancer diagnosis my heart went from fear to calm. After we discuss and agreed on our next steps Dr ONeill never made me feel like I was alone, she walked me through all the possibilities which allowed my husband and I to make that monumental decision regarding the first step to breast cancer survival. Then Dr Nagiaah on our first meeting he said we are here to take care of you no matter what. You are my priority that’s all I needed to hear and I sighed a breath of relief. Everyone at Arizona Oncology is with you from the ladies at the front to the guys in the back . Feeling alone is not in their DNA and welcoming you into their family is their goal which relieves the stress. Thanks team ….."
"The poorest customer service I have been trying to make an appointment for 3-weeks no one calls back supposed to respond within 48 hrs still waiting receptionist is rude for being a cancer center Dr Nagiah does not listen to his patients keeps giving me meds that give me massive breast infections when I was told by radiologist Dr to. Stop taking he says I need it tells me it’s a cancer pill radiologist tells me it’s estrogen to stop taking to prevent further infections I have found a new oncologist I will see cause this stress Arizona Oncology on McDowell gives me is just not worth it. If my surgeon was not at that location I would have given up"
"This is a review of AZ Onc, Goodyear location. I was a patient at AZ Oncology in Scottsdale and I was super happy. I actually looked forward to seeing my Dr and going thru chemo wasn't so dreadful. Dr Di Simone talked with me, made eye contact, and was generous with his time. One day I received a call that this office was closing. So disappointed. After immediately calling the Goodyear office of AZ Onc to resume care, I received a return call approximately 4 months later. Once I went to the Goodyear office, they had records for "me" that indicated I had a mammogram in Union Hills in 2016, that was their last update, as far as my mammogram. I've lived in AZ 15 years and never been to Union Hills. I don't know whose records they had, but it shouldn't be that hard to transfer MY records from office to office. My Dr indicated that my type of cancer loves to go to the brain, so he said I would get a "head to toe" scan then resume life. After waiting for the scan order for over 2 months, the wrong order is called in. I contact the office to get the correct scan, but Dr is out of the country. It's a real shame that AZ Onc closed the great office that employed caring and efficient staff."
"In my opinion Dr. Nagaiah is one of the finest cancer doctors today. He has saved ny husband from 3 different cancers.Words can't describe my feelings. I hope that I am able to post the sequence of pictures during this (unfortunately I don't have the worst of the worst because he was embarassed of how he looked). The rest are in sequence to today. Dr. Nagaiah stepped in at the last days before a scheduled disfiguring surgery and said that Bill was a good candiate for immunotherapy and had the correct markers. They say a picture is worth a thousand words! God Bless Dr. Nagaiah and the Staff at AZ Oncology"
