"The OB/GYN office was absolutely awful. Dr. West is on maternity leave and the nurse practitioner REFUSED to order blood work that Dr. West said we would order. She then ordered an exam to a Simon Med... Well Simon med NO LONGER DOES those types of exams. I've wasted HOURS trying to get good health care from this facility and I'm done. STAY AWAY FROM THE OB/GYN OFFICE."

"We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Caruso in the pediatric department. She’s truly a great provider and very thorough. The MA’s are awesome and comfortable with little ones. It is difficult to get a hold of someone through the phone but usually get a call back promptly if we list a callback number instead of waiting. Online portal is easy to use."

"Alejandra V. was the only information the manager of this adelante healthcare location was willing to give me when I called to follow up on my husband COPD medication. We signed the HIPPA release of information 4 years ago before we were married, for 4 years I have called into Adelante and had no trouble staying on top of my husbands COPD as he works way more than full time and is usually unable to follow up for himself during normal business hours. From my perspective it seems that they didn't wanna take the time to figure this out for us and it was easier for them to tell me that all of a sudden after four years they can't discuss my now husbands health care with me. Adelante claims to provide comprehensive healthcare and all other experiences with them give me hope that they do but as long as Alejandra V. is a working part of their team the comprehensive no longer applies. Stefanie Outram is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, patient, and overall wonderful healthcare provider Adelante has to offer. She is amazing. The office at the Goodyear location is lazy and conduct themselves unethically in their duties and their ring leader is their mananger Alejandra V."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. They misinformed me over the phone. It took a month and a half for me to get my appointment for my first r prenatal appointment. I was told I would get an ultrasound and then when we arrived I am told not only the opposite but also the ultrasound appointment wouldn’t be until 3 more weeks. I am a first time mom so you can imagine the disappointment I experienced not being able to see my baby via ultrasound. The staff was not empathetic just robotic. I would not recommend this place for prenatal care."

"This is the worst OB office. They make u wait so long, you see a diff doctor every visit. Nobody knows what’s ever going on. The only good hard working ppl There are the lady at the front desk the one that is actually Doing her job and Nurse Monica! I can’t wait to deliver my baby so I don’t have to go back here ever again! I already had an OB office I loved but they went put of network with my insurance so this office was the only one that had availability and now I know why. Because nobody likes going here!"
