"We just had another great experience with Shawn and realized I needed to jump on and leave a review. Yesterday our pool heater stopped working, right before we have family coming to visit. He tried to walk me through troubleshooting it over the phone and I wasn’t able to get it to work. The pool is several years old, so I thought the heater might need to be replaced. He came over last night to look at it, and now it’s working perfectly again. We are new to pool ownership, and know nothing about owning a pool. Any time we’ve had a question or a problem with the pool, he always responds very quickly. Shawn has spent so much time educating us, answering questions, helping us upgrade equipment, etc. Shawn and his team have been servicing our pool for over a year now, and it always looks pristine when they’re done. We also had them deep clean our freestanding hot tub that we had neglected, and they did an amazing job (wish I had before and after pictures!), and charged us a very reasonable price. We’ve been really happy with our experience with Shawn and his team."

"Definitely would NOT recommend. We rarely knew what was going on. Communication was terrible, despite our efforts to be informed. I was scolded by the owner. He charged us for chemicals when he said in a text, "It's $200 a month for a full service and chemicals are included." We later got a bill for $115 for chemicals. We asked for a repair and he just never showed up. Not great and pretty rude. We recommend using Tubs instead of Sharky."
