"I would give a lower score if I could. They insisted I have a package for my Amazon return before they would take it. I know sometimes you do but my instructions said no package necessary. I left to get my cash and came back in. Bought an envelope for 2.99 but they then charged me 2.96 to print out 2 pieces of paper. The first gal was rude and acted like she was doing people a favor by being there. I will never go back to that store."

"Every time I enter this store I am greeted by friendly and professional employees. They have so many regulations and rules our government put in place for managing shipments, what is and isn’t allowed these days; and I appreciate the wealth of knowledge they all are each time I come across a tricky shipping situation. Time and time again I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Recently I had to ship some very sensitive documents related to my military benefits for my spouse. I thought I was prepared…thankfully, the owner informed me that the envelope I was using was for USPS and not UPS. This catch saved me a HUGE headache (I’m sure) as the USPS has cut their deliveries down and staff back once again. Thanks to my FOREVER store."

"Your best off to use the post office. Or there's another UPS store on the other side of town. Every time I go into this place I have an issue. I had a plane unlabeled box and she said it wasn't a shipping box and they were going to charge me an additional $20 or she could sell me a box. They are very much taking advantage of people and lying to get extra sales. The box she told me wasn't a shipping box had a piece of a label from when it was shipped to my house ...by ups... Avoid this store."

"I'm leaving a review to the blond old lady at the front she had a glove for like carpal tunnel. I'm in my 20's and my goodness I've seen people my age work like a snail compared to her, she was helping me and 2 other customers at the same time, printing labels, weighing boxes, cashing out. Almost making the other workers look bad! Not that they were bad at all either, but respect where respect is due. I hope if there is some kind of bonus or raise she gets it, because she wouldn't take my tip. That woman single handedly dispatched like 8 customers within 5 minutes and wasn't even in a bad mood!"
