"I am very disappointed with this UPS store.After 15 years with having a secure mail box this facility decided to remove our whole bank of boxes. I now go in and give them my box number and they go to back room and check in a file.My mail is not secure. I could give them any box number and get their mail. I have to stand in line with other that are mailing packages to get my mail.What a disappointment."
